World Architect Masters 2008 / WAM OPEN 2008

Following the success of the annual German Architect Masters (GAM), which has taken place since 2004, and since 2005 its sister competition the Austrian Architect Masters (AAM), 2008 will mark the running of the first ever international winter sport competition to grace the architecture scene, the World Architect Masters (WAM).

Architects and interior designers from all over the world are invited to show their prowess on the ski slope in the disciplines of dual slalom and giant slalom in both ski and snowboard. Individual as well as office titles will be on offer.

Moving beyond healthy competitive ambition, fun and information are a big part of the WAM open.
As well as the championships, side programmes for the event include a welcome lounge and night sledding and the entire event culminates in the championship party. These events offer almost boundless opportunities to not only exchange stories of the slopes, but to party and network together.
